Project Open Hand and the San Francisco Giants will host the third annual Plate to Plate 5K Run/Walk fundraiser on Sunday, August 30, 2009, at 9 a.m.
This is the only fun run in which participants will have the unique opportunity to cross Home Plate at AT&T Park. Free tickets to that day’s
1:05 p.m. baseball game between the San Francisco Giants and the Colorado Rockies will be given to the first 3,000 people who sign up for the event.
Your registration will include the run/walk across home plate, an event t-shirt, a game ticket for the first 3,000 registrants, and a pre-game
festival with live music, food, giveaways, awards ceremony, and kids corner.
You can either register individually or as part of a team. You may also raise pledges, which go directly to Project Open Hand.
