This year Project Open Hand and the San Francisco Giants held a record breaking Third Annual Plate to Plate 5K Run/Walk presented by AT&T on
Sunday, August 30, 2009. Over 3,500 participants came out to help raise over $300,000 for our meal and nutrition services.

Accomplish the remarkable while supporting Project Open Hand! Join Marathon Matt
and over 100 fun, social teammates on November 14 to train for the Kaiser Permanente Half Marathon on February 7, 2010 as part of 'Team Open Hand'.
Team Open Hand includes 2-3 professionally coached run workouts/week, 12 weeks of professional coaching/training, a $25 Fleet Feet San Francisco
gift card, a killer technical training shirt, fun social events, and much more! There is no COST to participate, but all participants are asked to
